By scheduling an appointment with our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Age and ID Policy

New York law prohibits tattooing anyone under 18 years of age, regardless of parental consent.
Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State ID card, US Military ID, or Passport) must be presented at each appointment. All clients must fill out a consent form along with proof of ID

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel an appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but cancellations made with sufficient notice may allow the deposit to be applied to a future appointment.

Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
Deposits may be applied to a new appointment with sufficient notice.
If rescheduling occurs more than twice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy

Notify us if you are running late.
Arrivals 30+ minutes late without advance notice may result in a forfeited deposit, loss of the appointment, and the requirement to reschedule with a new deposit.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are applied to the final cost of the tattoo at your final session unless forfeited due to:
- No-shows.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Rescheduling more than twice.
- Arriving late, intoxicated, or without valid ID.
- Excessive or last-minute design changes.
- Deciding not to proceed with the tattoo.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or artist.

Artwork Policy

Custom designs are shared only during the scheduled appointment.
Revisions within the original concept can be made on the day of the appointment.
Major or excessive revisions require a new appointment and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Touch-Up Policy

Courtesy touch-ups are offered at the artist's discretion within 3 months of the tattoo, provided healing guidelines were followed and the touch-up is done by the original artist.
Tattoos on non-guaranteed areas (head, face, feet, hands) may require multiple touch-ups at an additional cost.
Touch-ups are not free if improper aftercare leads to poor healing.

Credit and Debit Card Fee Policy

A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.

Refund Policy

No refunds for any reason.
Any mistakes will be corrected free of charge; please contact us promptly.

Guests Policy

Clients may bring one adult guest.
No minors are allowed beyond the lobby or inside the tattooing area.
Unattended minors and pets are not allowed. Service animals with proper documentation are permitted in the lobby only.
